This service is designed to help women/birthing persons who are struggling with getting to and maintaining their ideal weight, suffering from postpartum hair loss, dealing with postpartum depression and anxiety, or can't tell you the last time they ate or felt rested learn how to control hormones through food. This service includes, but is not limited to: *Effortless meal planning *Learning how to curb breast/chest feeding cravings *Personalized nutrition coaching for postpartum recovery, breast/chest feeding mothers, gestational diabetes, and stress reduction.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel the session or class, the payment is nonrefundable.
