Service Description
Our most comprehensive birth support experience, offering elevated care, advocacy, education, and postpartum guidance for families who desire continuous, high-touch support throughout their journey. This package includes everything in the Gold Package, plus: *Unlimited phone/text support during pregnancy *Additional prenatal visit(s) as needed *Nutrition and wellness guidance *On-call support beginning earlier in pregnancy *Belly binding or postpartum recovery support *Birth affirmations and relaxation techniques *Extended postpartum care and emotional wellness check-ins *Resource referrals and community support connections Ideal for: High-risk pregnancies, trauma-informed care needs, medically complex births, parents seeking luxury-style doula care, or families wanting ongoing holistic support before and after birth.
Cancellation Policy
At Mom and Moon Doula Services, LLC, we understand that pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journeys can be unpredictable. We strive to provide compassionate and flexible support while also honoring the time, preparation, and availability reserved for each client. Consultations & Scheduled Visits: Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of prenatal, postpartum, virtual, or consultation appointments whenever possible. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on availability. Emergency situations will always be handled with compassion and understanding. Birth Doula Services: Due to the on-call nature of doula support, all retainers and deposits are non-refundable once on-call services begin. If a client chooses to cancel doula services after the contract has been signed: Fees for completed visits and services rendered will be deducted from any eligible refund. No refunds will be provided for missed births due to rapid labor, failure to notify the doula, scheduled inductions/cesareans without adequate notice, or circumstances outside of Mom and Moon Doula Services’ control. In the rare event that Adrienne Jackson is unavailable due to emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to arrange qualified backup support when possible. Postpartum Support Services: Postpartum visits canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be deducted from prepaid support hours or subject to a cancellation fee. Unused postpartum hours are non-transferable and expire according to the terms outlined in the client agreement. Virtual Services: Virtual sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be considered completed sessions unless rescheduled due to emergency circumstances.
